※ When you check in, please pay accommodation tax of Kyoto government. This accommodation tax is not included in rental cost of the house. Please pay by cash. The tax will be 200 JPY per person per night. (EX) If you are 3 people and you stay 3 night, the accommodation tax　will be 200 JPY × 3 people × 3 nights = 2100 JPY
When the stay is longer than four nights, Yen 5,000 will be discounted on the total amount.
